No. Blood Test Consultancy is not a patient testing service. We help doctors and entrepreneurs set up and run labs, diagnostic centres, scan centres and hospitals; we don’t perform or book blood tests for individuals.
Labs can start from about ₹10 lakh upward; diagnostic centres and hospitals need more. Our ₹10 lakh setup guide shows a full cost breakdown for a small lab.
A typical setup takes 45–80 days, from feasibility to launch, including licensing and NABL preparation.
Yes. We plan the lab around NABL requirements and help with ISO 15189 documentation, licensing and compliance through to accreditation.
Doctors, entrepreneurs and healthcare investors. First-time founders are welcome, and we also help existing labs, centres and hospitals expand.
Yes. We prepare your project report and loan file and take it to the right bank or NBFC, and help your centre get empanelled with TPAs for cashless services. We are a consultant, not a lender or insurer.
